Caltex StarCard

Caltex is offering to HKCMA members a discounted price for gasoline, above and beyond the usual discount for Star Card users; the discount is summarised here.

Gold : A discount of HK$4.50 per Litre

Platinum : A discount of HK$4.7 per Litre

Diesel : A discount of HK$ 9.5 per Litre

1. A member of the Hong Kong Chinese Medical Association Limited
2. The vehicle to be registered with Caltex has not used any pre-existing Caltex Star Card for the previous 3 months.

The applicant should fill in the following 2 forms:

1. A copy of the Vehicle registration document
2. Business card
3. Proof of address from recent 3 months (optional)
4. The credit card debit authorisation form

1. A copy of the Vehicle registration document complete with company chop
2. A copy of the Vehicle license complete with company chop
3. A copy of BR or CI complete with company chop
4. Business card
5. The credit card debit authorisation form

The completed application form along with all necessary documents should be submitted to Mr Chan/Ms Leung via any one of the following ways:

4. Post to Success Oil Co. Ltd., G/F, 206 Chung Uk , Tsuen, Tuen Mun, N.T.

Caltex will then confirm HKCMA membership status with the HKCMA Secretariat, and approval for the special Star Card will be given for the qualified applicant.

At the 15th of each month, a monthly bill for the Caltex account will be sent to the Star Card owner via email or WhatsApp. Payment can be in the form of the credit card debit authorisation, PayMe, or cheque.
