Each new member is offered a gift of 2 boxes of V3D KF94 masks, with each box containing 10 individually packed masks. These are higher grade masks than surgical masks, and they serve well as comfortable masks for prolonged wearing such as during long distance travel on a plane. The KF94 masks are not as secure as the N95 masks, the latter being used at times by the cautious traveller in crowded public places in endemic countries such as passing through the airport, riding on ground public transportation, etc.
The two boxes will be couriered to the new members. For members who joined the HKCMA prior to 2020, and have not received this gift, you are welcome to fill in the Membership Renewal Form so that we could courier the boxes of masks to you.
